The horses find the accommodation is comfortable and the new wooden boxes are airy yet warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer. In 2004 Simon decided to down size the string so that he could concentrate on offering the highest quality of service to the horses within his charge. This means that the horses are tremendously well cared for and great emphasis is placed on ensuring they are healthy and content. When you visit the stables this is self evident, the horses seem very calm and friendly and they spend as much time as possible out in the corals and paddocks adjacent to the stable block. This means that they are in the best physiological condition to stand the stresses of training and that they are therefore able to develop their full athletic potential.

All of the work riding staff have had racecourse experience as jockeys and all have ridden winners. However, in true Clear Height style, they are all excellent horsemen and their skill is refected in the successes of the horses.

Simon offers Owners at Clear Height an hospitable welcome and every effort is made to keep owners regularly updated as to the welfare of their horses. This new interactive site is particularly useful and each owner has a personalised information site where they can access up to the minute information about the horse, this will soon include pictures as well.

Clear Height is happy to entertain Owners and their friends on all occasions whether this is to visit their horse at the yard, or to take advantage of the many corporate entertainment opportunities which are detailed on this site.
